Have had one for more than a year. Samsung does not sell it anymore so that should give you an idea about its reliability. On the plus side it has a nice space age sleek design. On the down side wifi is not reliable. I went through 3 different routers and wifi works intermittently. Forget streaming HD from netflix using WiFi. Connection drops though have router and player in same room. Sound would go out while playing blu-ray disc until I updated firmware. Slot loading mechanism jams sometimes.
