Looks like someone de-restricted your scooter by removing the spacer from between the two halves of the variator. This allows them to sit closer together which lets the belt ride closer to the ourter edge of the variator at high rpms and increases your top speed.
yer dont worrie about the missing spacer its not good, it slows your bike down mate.
