Yeah, not very practical. Once you add siren, radio, etc this damn car would need two batteries and two alternators to run all that shit without draining the battery faster than the overworked alternator could keep up. And forget running that shit at a stop or traffic accident while the car is in idle LOL. Another thing, it would likely result in an accident rather than accident avoidance, as you would blind motorists, and probably the cop driving it with all the bounce back illumination.
