  • Honestly I have been struggling with heavy acne, at times it is so bad i dont even go outside for days, in a way it is saving a life, mental health.

  • even roccutane didnt work for me..

  • @TheAmandey

It has failed many people. see the post-accutane playlist on the real site.

    -Dr. Neal

  • how did he do tht???? O.o

  • The girl you just called fat?...She is overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly?...She spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped?...He is abused enough at home.See that man with the ugly scars?..He fought for his country. That guy you just made fun of for crying?...His mother is dying.Put this on one other video if you're against bullying. I bet 95% of you wont re-post but I'm sure the people with heart and backbone will.

  • @01Stickman01

    you disliked because others did?

or was there something about this young girl's life being saved that you personally disliked?

  • @AcnePractice Wait, wait, wait, wait. I know you didn't just say you saved her life. She has /acne/. Okay, yes, it's a medical problem, but it's not terminal. You say "this young girl's life being saved" as if she has cancer.

  • @TheMightyRaveness

    Hello,

I'm guessing you have not had serious acne for many years. It is often terminal to the soul. Some people never make it back.

  • @AcnePractice Actually, I have. On the other hand, I am far to narcissistic and self-confident to let it bug me. I know I'm the bomb and I don't need validation from others to make me feel that way. Yes, acne is annoying and gross, but it's not terminal. My grandmother died from brain cancer. Calling acne terminal makes the fact that cancer is terminal seem all the more lessened.

  • @TheMightyRaveness

It's ok for us to disagree on this. I believe severe untreated acne is far worse than cancer in older adults. It destroys young, otherwise vibrant people. We don't have to agree on this. Everyone has their own expectations and ideas of how life should be lived.

  • wtf did she do to get rid of it?????????????!

  • accutane saved me

  • @kyleisadork12343 ye i had terrible acne when i was young people can be so cruel

  • woow

  • I had worst acne when I was in my 30's...!

  • why are there so many dislikes?

  • i remember haveing acne that bad ... I cured my acne by washing my hands and sanitizeing. used a head band cause my hair irritates my acne especially when im sleeping. drinking water at least 5 times a day, eating raw and steemed vegetables, and ignore my very ichy face neck and arms and behind my knee.. yeahhh I let it go that bad oh i almost forgot washing my sheets and clothes almost every 2 days and showering

  • I cure my acne by drinking water, washing my hands, not thinking about it, and haveing some fun. Really its not that hard to get rid of acne just stop thinking about it soo much. it will go away :]

  • if you have acne go to your dermatologist its worth it!

  • i'd rather do accutane

  • ROACCUTAN.

USARE SOLO "SOTTO STRETTO CONTROLLO MEDICO". ESAMI DEL SANGUE OGNI 20 GIORNI. PER ME è STATA LA SALVEZZA:

    ROACCUTAN.

  • i use Benza Clin & it works phenomenally <3

  • @33linkedsoul33 ya same!

  • can i ask ? what did she use as cleanser for her face ?

  • i'm vegetaian, i drink lots of water and fruit juice from the juicer. Don't like instant food, suger, anything called bad. Wash my face three times a day sometimes 4 even do organic masks .

    STILL have my acne .

  • ammazza

  • simple, wash ur face everyday, after eating, even before, after u wake up, before u go to bed, drink lots of water

  • @Kigorusan

simple? This is the most stubborn chronic condition known to mankind. Most people with acne are already washing their face and drinking water.

  • @Kigorusan You must know nothing about acne. People with acne do wash their face several times a day and have daily face routines. Washing your face too much though can make it even worse, then you have to worry about your face being too dry. Most people who have severe acne also are good at being healthy eaters, but it STILL is pretty bad. That is why they need to take medication, because it controls the hormones, which usually causes it.

  • @Kigorusan alot of the time its genetic, and cant be fixed . and over washing makes it worse =] your only supposed to wash you face twice a day and if you eat wash you hands lol

  • @Jannibean, @Uhlisahh

check out the blog to learn more about the "causes" of acne. thanks

  • @Kigorusan dumbest thing i've ever heard.

  • @Kigorusan easy to say dude for people don't have it.

  • @Kigorusan

Acne has NOTHING to do with how often you wash. I had lots of antibiotics, two full courses of roactane and washed my face 10 times or more a day and I still had acne. Acne sucks and so do comments like that. I got rid of all acne and only wash my face on average twice a day, so that's your theory blown out of the water. It's diet that causes acne, I dramatically changed mine and got rid of acne. Water does help too.

  • @eatmoreraw

hello, you'll may get a response with the exact same tone as your post but with the detailed story of perfect nutrition for years with ongoing acne. It's neither this nor that. Complicated problems will never be solved by quick fixes, simple solutions, or cliches. It's just not that simple for many people who are chronically suffering.

You can learn more on the real site in a blog post entitled, "what is the cause of acne"

    -Dr. Neal

  • @AcnePractice

Sorry for my tone, I rarely comment like that. I guess when you've had terrible acne and someone tells you to wash more it does tend to wind you up. I think the previous comment struck a raw nerve. I like yourself have every compassion for people with acne, and understand many of the causes, diet being one of the biggest factors.

  • @eatmoreraw

I liked your tone. Someone was underestimating your efforts to wash your face. The problem is that you are now underestimating the non-junk food vegetarians who have acne. The same as that comment upset you about not washing. Diet will only save a small percent of acne sufferers. Many have been permanently scarred up hoping and waiting for this approach to come through for them. You seem very thoughtful but know that your beliefs are going to help some and hurt others.

  • (con't)

as shown in "vegetarians with acne" videos.

(these vegetarians also avoid junk food)

    -Dr. Neal

  • How it possible??? Pls answer me!

  • why is there thumbs down lol?? watever but i have something worse than acne.. its eczema!!! its definitely worse because u can have acne with ur eczema andi have that, it sucks!! the treatments for one attract the other, its hell!

  • whats in the kit that makes this product differnt?

  • Guys, it's not just about the active things you do before bed, it's also your passive mood. If you're sad and depressed, it will likely get worse. If you're happy, or calm, it will help get better. Also, do not eat junk food, sugars, and for the love of God, DO NOT DRINK POP, AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER. SHAVE REGULARLY, AND APPLY ANY TREATMENTS YOU HAVE WHILE YOUR SKIN IS SHAVED.

  • this is disturbing im just lucky i dont have acne

  • if thats severe and dangerous.. im in a shithole.

  • ya know i have acne, and after i first began to get pimples i just got use to and average amount i would make sure didnt have visible puss in it.

but when it gets really bad, theres red spots all of my face, always in the same spots.

&& why is there so many dislikes on this vid? :o

  • ouch

  • this is the same case as mine omigosh i hate going to school knowing i have bad acne :(

  • well for my acne i use rubbing alcohol u will get used to the stringing but that stuff works

  • i hate acne so much, that i try evryting and it just makes me brake uot even more, acne is destroying my life, i have it for almost ten years, and you know the usual, rejects from grls, all the time, rilly depressive.

  • EW! I feel bad-___-

  • i used to have cystic acne. it hurt to smile or talk :<

i still get it once in a white....my skin looks more like that girl around the 1 month phase....but i still get some cysts and i'm not a damn teenager!

  • super Dylan Graham you are fu***in Rainman. It's like people who never go though anything like Acne or forms of depression(I beleive most depressions are to do with poor self esteem and psychological in conception, not to discount extreme conditions) will never enter into full awareness of what this kind of trauma will do to a person..Roaccutane was the only remedy at the time .I hope this new treatment has been tested thoroughly and if so let it proliferate and long may it continue.,,

  • We have to wipe out all of those fucking acne. I'll kill acne, if it was a human

  • what is the different between

    pimple, whelk and acne?

  • does she have on foundation

  • @missmaiarox

there is zero makeup or alteration of any kind in the 140+ videos here.

  • @AcnePractice i wasnt meaning to be offencive, if it did come across that way or anything. this treatment looks amazing.

  • @missmaiarox

no offense taken, was just making it clear for others.

  • @AcnePractice how did she get clear?

  • oh wow!!

  • Acne Sucks -.-

  • @xxsunshinexx16 Puberty sucks ^-^

  • no red meat or grease or sugar.. problem solved america

  • @SuperDylanGraham

This project is here to help the public become more aware of the nature of this condition.

    hi Dylan,

countless people live in obsessive fear of grease and sugar and still have relentless acne. It's a common mistake to assume these people eat poorly. (see all the videos and the blog on the site for more information)

    thanks,

    -Dr. Neal

  • hola sera q me lo puedes traducir en español lo que dise en el video?¿? muchas grasias

  • It ain't that simple. I was getting about 5 new blemishes a day on a totally clean diet with no junkfood at all. I had cystic acne though. I had to go on accutane.

  • @SuperDylanGraham Obviously you don't now crap about acne. There are NO studies stating that a bad diet promotes bad acne, only a good diet can help acne. A lot of times it's genetic and, we're not the only ones who have acne. Just stop talking you obviously don't have this problem

  • @SuperDylanGraham People still get it if they stay away from that stuff

  • @pumpituppartyzone Nope. Acne is cussed from fat. If you eat healthy stuff itll go away for sure.

  • @SuperDylanGraham I have acne and im english that is not the problem i have a really healthy diet

  • @PlanetGoW I worked with a famous Naturopathic Doctor, as his assistant and healing coach, and in 10 years of practice I have found that 90% of folks who think that they were eating "healthy", were totally misinformed.

  • @anthonycrystal33

In 2011, eating great is not a complicated mystery. It's tempting to think all acne sufferers are misinformed about their diets. Unfortunately, acne is not always that simple. Those who think acne is simple do so from imagination and theory, not extensive clinical experience. I've met hundreds of patients who have failed all types of dietary approaches for acne. (not misinformed patients, and they are compliant with their diets) Acne patients are very motivated.

  • @AcnePractice I have been a raw food vegan for 15 years. ALL OF THE CLIENTS/PATIENTS THAT ADOPTED THIS DIET HAD NEAR PERFECT SKIN WITHIN 3 MONTHS!!! I AGREE THAT WE DISAGREE!!!

  • @anthonycrystal33

we are not disagreeing. To have any expert opinion of this topic whatsoever, a practitioner of any kind has to at least personally taken care of thousands of patients and FOLLOWED UP on all those who did not show up for their appointments. You are only seeing the group of success cases. When they fail dietary changes, they don't go back to the same practitioner. Instead, they end up here. I get emails from masters of nutrition with acne every single day. Every day.

  • @AcnePractice Dear Sir or Madam: one unknown factor has to do with "Leaky Gut Syndrome": caused by antibiotics, wheat & gluten containing products, acute yeast infections, intestinal parasites & worms, and in some cases, bedbugs, or some of the above, or all of the above. In any case, fasting & the RAW FOOD VEGAN DIET, WILL ALWAYS CLEAR AWAY SKIN CONDITIONS, NO MATTER WHAT NAME YOU WANT TO CALL IT!!!

  • @anthonycrystal33

Everything below is your belief. Having nothing to do with the reality of acne. a Belief without evidence.

"Leaky Gut Syndrome": caused by antibiotics, wheat & gluten containing products, acute yeast infections, intestinal parasites & worms, and in some cases, bedbugs.." "In any case, fasting & the RAW FOOD VEGAN DIET, WILL ALWAYS CLEAR AWAY SKIN CONDITIONS, NO MATTER WHAT NAME YOU WANT TO CALL IT!!!"

This rhetoric is simply not true.

  • @anthonycrystal33

p.s. This practice was created to help dispel the misconceptions of acne that are leaving people scarred up for life. If you want to yell from the mountains that food restrictions and colonics are helpful in the combined treatment of all inflammatory problems, feel free to do so.

However, when you exaggerate the success rate by saying , "will always clear away skin conditions", you are recklessly speaking from Belief and not from reality or full scale study.

  • @AcnePractice ...By the way, I have been a raw food vegan for 21 years, and so I consider your comment to be patronizing, as opposed to acknowledgement of my experiences of truthful practice. I have helped a great many number of people, and NEVER FOR THE SAKE OF PROFIT!!!

  • @anthonycrystal33

your restricted diet sound fine for you and has nothing to do with the conversation of diet always fixing acne in more stubborn cases. No one thinks your are lying. Acne proneness varies by many factors including genetics. (not the same predisposition for everyone and dietary approaches have failed millions of people.fact. This is not to say it doesn't help many people also. However, any success rate less than 100% is creating misery for remaining group of sufferers)

  • @anthonycrystal33

Please be more considerate of the smaller group of people who has already failed years of a raw vegan diet and colonics in a desperate attempt to control their acne. Thanks.

  • @AcnePractice your response is very "GENERIC". I am a Certified Colonic Hygienist and have helped hundreds of people clear up their skin conditions for a FRACTION OF THE COST, as one would by wasting their time & money seeing someone like yourself, who's main INTEREST IS IN RAKING IN HUGE PROFITS!!!

  • @anthonycrystal33

    hey,

I'm not trying to be rude to you. I'm sure you are a very caring person who has helped many people fight the battle of skin imbalance.

However, I'm going to keep approving every comment of yours so I can address the many common misconceptions of acne for anyone else following this conversation.

    1) All profits are being reinvested here to build the first virtual medical practice every created. None are being greedily hoarded. The blog shows the movement here.

  • @anthonycrystal33

p.s. I'm glad your skin is not bothering you and I'm glad you have helped many other people get healthy. We have many motivated, compliant raw food vegans in this practice. NY and LA have been on this kick for many years. It's not a new approach and I know it has helped many people with many ailments. It has also hurt many acne patients with permanent scarring as they hope and wait for it to slowly help them.

    -Dr. Neal

  • @SuperDylanGraham ...no fried foods, no processed food, no McDonalds, no Burger King, no Kentuckey Fried Chicken, no pizza, no taco bell, no Chinese food, etcetera!

  • @SuperDylanGraham super idiota! es una enfermedad!

  • good for her

  • lucky for me, i never had acne, im 20 btw, but im intrested in medicine. I think acne can be genetic as well because its not all to do with food, yet food does play a part. I know ppl with bad acne, yet they eat healthy, stay off junk food etc. To be honest, im not really a "healthy eater" i eat junk food once or twice a week, yet i never got acne. lol i dont know, there must be a trend somewhere, a cycle of how this works.

  • just stop eating junk food!

    don't eat oily food !

    Just eat light soup !

    stay away from alcohol!

just 3 weeks u be fine!

  • @next675

just.... (check out the blog post that specifically addresses the misconception of "just" when it comes to this stubborn condition)

  • @next675

Obviously spoken by someone who isnt affiliated with Acne.

  • @next675 wish it was that simple...I really do

  • @next675

has nothing to do with diet...you ignorant fuck

  • @RiftRun

While it does have something to do with diet for some people, I agree with the second part of your statement to next675 because his comment was very ignorant

  • @next675

That simply is NOT true! Many people have underlying causes other than oily food, alcohol and junk food. Allergies, hormonal imbalance and many other things could be the cause. People like you who make assumptions like that are dead wrong and insensitive.

  • i would just pop all that shit

  • @WantOxide well the problem there is that it will leave horrible scars

  • What is this stuff called? i have bad acne and have tried everything just like her! nothing seems to work. so frustrating..

  • What works for me is eating as little junk food and eating as much vegtables and fruit as possible, drinking lots of water also helps

  • Thank you doctor Neal for posting this! I'm so grateful for you and your products. I'm really happy with my results ;)
