for fucks sake. people in gibraltar always blow things way out of proportion. it's neither a terrorist attack or a natural disaster. nobody suspicious was spotted leaving the site of the explosion, it wasn't a bomb, it was a welder and it isn't a natural disaster simply because it didn't occur "naturally" like an earthquake or tsunami would, there was human interference.
