  • Hey thanks for the info! This helped me alot! I've lost over 100lbs and now it's time to build muscle! Really the only thing im not too sure of is how to track how much protein your taking in. But I don't think im over doing it.

  • thanks for all the info u had lots of it an i thought the part where u mentioned protein from food was better than protein from supplements was useful

  • @locctodabrainebk thanks glad you found it usefull, the food protein will take longer to digest than supplement but supplements are great if your on the go and don't have time for a meal.
