@zpredra5 100% agree. Invincible was a straight up R&B album. It was sexy. That was the theme. It's unfortunate Sony didn't release "Unbreakable" as the first single like Michael wanted. He said he wanted an uptempo dance song as the first single. I know he had a short film already planned. At first MJ abandoned the album because they wouldn't give enough money for videos, then for reasons unknown. That album could debut today or ten years from now & be radio friendly. Forever MJ.

I bought this CD yesterday, I literally could not wait to put the CD in my car stereo and crank it up. The album is really good, alot of the songs are so different then what he's done before such as the 2000 watts song. He is being self deprecating in this song, it's got a great beat, love the Twilight Zone, Rod Serling rap, it really adds alot to this song. I like every song on the CD but I like this one in particular cause he's talking about himself. No one would even know it's MJ's stuff.

Actually Invinible went platinum & was number one internationally in several countries. The music industry was changing at the time this album was released, & sales were dropping generally, but this album actually sold very well. Nothing & no one would ever equal an album like Thriller, because the music industry just plain changed, & there were many factors that influenced the sales of thriller. Invincible was a success by any standard. I am glad it is being re-discovered by many people.

I love that kind of exclusive attention. Plus this way I can judge Invincible on my own without the hype getting in the way.
