Clix definately. You can make/download themes/menu designs. And just the fact that its smaller, faster, and easier to use. The only thing the spinn has is a bigger screen. PM me if you have any more questions, Im good with giving advice for mp3 players. ^_^

Well it all depends on what you want.

IRiver CLix2 = Small sexy, fun, simple.

Cowon D2 = Bigger, But great sound.

Itouch = Million of apps, fun to use, Wifi. But the battery life is horrible.

LOL, yeah, it all depends on what you are gonna use it for. The clix has most of the features, a well rounded player, is why I love it so much.

Ebay you can find several 4GB Clixs. But I got lucky when I found the 8GB redline one.

It's funny how he doesn't go in depth on the sound quality, which is the most important part here. The iRiver is way better than iPod as far as I've heard, but Cowon still superseeds this. I've only had experience with the T2 (which is fantastic, albeit a bit short on storage and without video) and the O2, which was a bit too big for my taste. They both sound fantastic, while the Clix2 sound really really good. ;)

okay i like almost everything about this player.. only ONE THING.. that bothers me.. Shuffling songs? can i change song by just clicking next on one button? so it then picks a song randomly out of any album? my point is, i want to be able to change song while jogging, being at the gym or just anywhere.. without looking at it, just easy and simple. anyone knows how this works??? please reply to this message or send a private message to me on youtube, thanks!

Are you talking about playing all songs? You can just go to Music > Play All.

Also, to go to the next song you just click the down arrow..

iRiver is a korean brand and its a beautifully designed MP3.

continueing: Onda, Newman's A6 4" screen with 250GB yes 250GB hd passing iPods iTouch 160GB, Ramos v85, Ainol vx2000 and more! American mp3's are way behind and look ugly. These player have great support, and are very durable. The parts inside are high class not cheap. matching some of these players with Wolfson & Rockchip just makes worth buying an MP4 from overseas, worth every penny!!!

Iriver Clix2 for almost $300 for the 8gb is a joke.... Teclast T39 touchmusic (touch screen) 8GB with Wolfon audio chip (hear your music like it was meant to be heard) dual core for only $120 makes it a very powerful smart deal! American mp3's or mp4's r 2nd hand technology compare to the futuristic features that great Chinese mp4 player companies have with 1st class state of the art technology! i.e. Meizu SL (iPod killer), Teclast T39 touch screen, the new Teclast T50 (killing iPod touch) etc.

no it doesn't, but iriver e100 has exp mem... on the other side, it has 0.2" bigger TFT LCD screen - but i dont like TFT either.

alkaydash -> Mine isn't scratched at all. But I'm quite sure that if I dropped it on something hard it'd be gone for good. And it gets dirty fast too, but you just need to wipe it out ;P

Not sure how many colours, but the resolution of 320x240 is bested by the Cowon D2, which has 360x240, and 16 million colours.

I live in Canada and can't get the iRiver clix 2 8 gig anywhere except online and I don't want to purchase online because of all the extra fees that'll increase my budget from low 200$ to close to 300$ (shipping, tax)

Great Review..very informative. I bought this player 2 weeks ago and LOVE it!! Just 1 thing, if you get this player, to save A LOT of battery life change the default sleep function to off, as it drains the battery even when the player is off. Change the default back light ON time, from the default 1 minute to 10 seconds or 5..and the battery lasts forever.

The FM tuner is MORE than just an add on. It's SO much better than any other mp3 player with FM you will be really happy! Again great review!
