Cant rule it out. I suspect a change in reference was achieved by such means but i am doubtful that direct knowledge was given by non-3d beings to this plane. To utilize knowledge you must have many associated knowledge bases with which to integrate it. I suspect that through experimentation and observation of natural processes that data was derived and patterns identified. But hey i dont know for sure. How did Tesla derive AC without any precedent? Its a wild universe indeed!
