The speedo tops out at 190 Km/h,

but the tachometer is never visible and the few glimpses of the road reveal a 2-lane country road...

Furthermore, the accelleration was really TOO impressive for a car that weighs 2300Kg...

I'm sorry, either you had the car up on jacks or the speedo was tampered with...

Or you had the car with 10 inch tyres off a Mini just to look fast...

I have a rechipped 3.0 DICOR with 138bhp and she will NEVER accellerate so fast!!!

Saala jhutha! itni tez toh meri swift bhi speed nahi pakdti & I've 3 times beaten safari wih ease. This is simply a result of tempred speedo or trick photography.

conclusion - get your speedo fixed.

its over reading the speed of almost 50 kmph.

ok... after reviewing your video i have noticed these two things things....

- your car accelrated from nearly 0 to 100 at about 10sec.

- it touched 190 at about 40sec.

according to spec and tests. the new tata safari vvti accelrates from 0-100 in 18sec but yours did faster.

from 100 -190 it did it in 22sec and thats impossible. that means your car attained the speed of another 90kmph after 100kmph at almost same time. may be 5 sec more but still very impossible.

i saw the video and i think its impossible. i own a 135 bhp tata safari exi. and let me tell you that my car does not accelrate like that. the way it accelrated after reaching 100kmph does not feel right. it looks by seeing the video that your safari can touch 200kmph with ease. i think some thing is wrog with your speedometer. sereously. i think you should check that up. safari cannot touch 190kmph... its not possible.

speed of 190 kmph for an SUV is.. big thing.. there are FORD ENDEVOUR, CAPTIVA, PAJERO.. but after seeing this video.. i thing safari 2.2 vvti is worth.. because all other SUVs are double. or price then safari and i thing safari.. is best in its kind..
