@MiiChan97 hmmm, I think it has layers... if it's not, then the background color applied after the sketch was done will cover all over the lineart and the lineart would be underneath the background color, gone :D

but still I think that no matter how light your brush is, if you apply it numerous time directly on top of your lineart it will eventually cover the lines.. but only asuka111 knows the truth hehehe

cool thing about the ipad, which I need to get is that you could look up a reference pic while your drawing, a wacom tablet is just for drawing. I need to get one of these, does it come with everything you need to draw and paint, stylus and software? this artist is wonderful, thanks for the eye candy.

Toshiba Satellite, Pentium 2 GHz, 13.3 inch screen 4GB RAM: $350

Bamboo Pen and Touch: $58

Photoshop CS5: $50

I think spec-wise the laptop is pretty decent for the price, never actually had one though, The Bamboo P&T, I love mine, it is great, and unlike the iPad, it has real pressure input. Photoshop CS5, need I say more?

At about $450, and you are doing more than an iPad.
