I remember that episode; it is one of the best of the series! I A small wraith ship crash lands on a human planet. A lonely man finds the surviving wraith child and secretly raises her as his own daughter. When the child becomes a teen & begins to hunger... I think the actress that played the wraith teen later joined Stargate Atlantis show and played the role of Dr. Keller.
