It has all the hallmarks of a typical scam alright. It starts off creating a perception of peace and tranquility. It is the typical of the marketing style of a conman. Even the voice of the narrator is seedy and false. These people have one goal in mind and that is to make as much money as quickly as possible and by any means necessary. Buyer beware!

I was almost caught up in this scam and one of my dear friends did purchase 2 lots, that he couldn't give away at this point. When things didn't add up 100% to me, I asked the Briar Rose and Brian Davis to return my $5000 deposit and or course it didn't show up when expected. The excuse I got was "We ran out of checks, we have to get more printed, and then we will mail you your check." Can you believe this? Who runs a multi-million dollar business and runs out of checks?
