1st off ther crepes not pancakes, 2nd never grease ur pan with butter for pancakes 3rd she over whisked it which means they wil be jus soggy and flat 4th puttin it in the fridge will do the same and 5th never put a hot pan straight under cold water it ruins the pan and can cause it to form a bump in the middle !!
