What Im saying is that I will avoid PROBLEMS going Arizona because If any member of the familly forgots the passport at hotel or car, police will treat us like criminals. Passport is a very important document (cost $ and lost a lot of time to have it ), teenager (for example) can easly lost at the pool or shopping. In other countries you deposit at front desk and enjoy the stay, If anything happens your passport will be at the hotel. Arizona clearly is saying dont want mexican tourist,

Im a Mexican we nomally go to US for tourist and shopping legally. Me and my familly will not visit Arizona in order to avoid any problems considering the SB1070 law. Past years we visit NY then Niagara falls (by the way, Canada side, Toronto and Quebec).In Arizona if we forgot our passport in the hotel or in the car, could have problems Do I need papers on Hotels Pool?.We dont ask for passport to US citizens in Can Cun beach or Los Cabos. To Mexico and US politicians. Better ADD not DIVIDE
