I recorded the whole thing from dosbox! You can too. Also, if you only have Doom for windows, you can patch it to the dos versions if you search around.

I love that old 486 doom midi sound. I dont like the midi sound in the newer midi boards. id like this sound of the midi as mp3 all the doom music.

after i downloaded doom collector's edition,at the setup it required me dplay.dll so i downloaded it.

Actually if you notice the entrance leading to the outside area can be operated, closing it prevents a player from opening it from the inside. Creating a disastrous scenario such as a trapped deathmatch opponent which is unfortunate as I'm not sure if their was a suicide command in the vanilla engine.

Did you ever have version 0.99? If you didn't, you didn't have a version with this bug.

No, but I did have the v1.0 shareware, which this video references.

"1.0" is referenced as 0.99 on the startup screen and was released only as shareware, to be followed up by 1.1 in shareware and registered.
