lol no one does ok.... in the game halo 3 in matchmaking or custom games (in mlg settings) these are the respawn rates of the weapons all you need to do is start the timer when the game starts and they will be synced so at the start of the game all weapons spawn but from expierience i know that exactly 2:33 seconds later it will spawn again
