@nothingness36 I actually enjoyed Lunar Park. The sex, violence and schizoid shit was good in that novel. This one I had to give up on. It wasn't even cos' I was disgusted by it (I forced myself to read Crash by J.G. Ballard). It was so tedious. Clay becomes a total has-been. In Lunar Park though the character of Bret Easton Ellis is still cool in spite of being middle-aged. The film for Lunar Park is already in pre-production too. Check it out on IMDB!
I was disappointed with "Imperial Bedrooms". It was depressing as hell, I didn't get it at all and I'm an Bret Easton Ellis fan who read almost all of his novels. The book seemed like a "filler song" or something.
Certainly more and more so as the book moves on. The way he treats Rain seems to get worse and worse, and then of course the scene with the laxative laced cupcakes. I thought of Bateman during that scene for sure. LOL
Why the fuck does Bret use his own voice... Nigga you should use one of them movietrailer/ Boxing mc deep voices... I loved the book by the way. Everybody below me can get raped by a pack of niggaz. XO

@GeezyMohawk It's a song within public domain, so he didn't have to pay for its rights. Not sure of the artist, but it's commonly used in local commercials and business projects.

Good trailer.
Pity about the book though. It reads like it was written by someone attempting to copy BEE's writing style.

@stepanskiy23 It's a really great book! Dark. Mysterious. Sexual...
On a side not I fucking love trailers for books now. Like what they did with the last Pynchon novel.
