Ahhh, 1976. I was always a Joan Jett guy, but I remember Lita as the more accessible beauty, with a head of hair that could sell shampoo to Kojak. Nobody questioned what Stevie Nicks was doing in Fleetwood Mac, but the Runaways were a garage band--which ain't the most appreciative place for a centerfold knockout with Jeff Beck's chops. The Runaways got a lot from Lita Ford; I don't think she got back nearly as much.
