Nice saw Iam currently building a 066 from a box of cases i bought on ebay. Just wondering what kind of air filter that is? ive looked on arboristsite and cant find anything. your help would be much appreciated
@stihllogging The reason the air filter is sticking out fo the cover is because the cover restricts air flow and traps tons of dust preventing the saw from breathing properly. It is probably a K&N air filter with an outerwear cover which stays allot cleaner than the stock air filter and is much easier to clean. The saw has been ported and bored and most likley wont run well with the stock filter

@bev1806 that air filter is pointless the cover is made to keep dust away from the filter
