To be clear I wish the American public would have elected a Democrat or even a Democrat that wouldn't cave on every issue he campaigned on, and let me be clear I am not suggesting that the President should rule with an iron clad presence. Simply that when he make concessions they not be an 85-15% concession to begin with.
