@xxdonaldqxxx unload means to compensate for tension built up during the exercise. You can kind of think of it like "stretching" with a specific "stretch" or pose to target that chain of tension and remove it, the locust pose and the threading bridge that he mentions are examples of these for the work (clubbell arm cast) done here.
I can do this with a 15 kg clubbell, but my feet always tend to to move away from the initial quasi-parallel position. The leg-drive is not affected from that, though (as far as I can feel). Is that a great problem?
What does he mean by "unload with the threading bridge"?
