Austin Texas... so I'd assume rattle snake is correct. Glad I didn't see it... but it does sound damn close huh?

@lovelesschris i dont think it's a rattler. they have a more distinct rattle sound. that and you would have had to piss off a few for them to sound like that. my bet would be Desert Cicada.
