And the official distinction of 56 ethnies in China is mostly based on the perception of local people and/or government searchers in the 50's. if the categories was not fixed like that, maybe today we would observe more social mutations and mixing. But anyway we can't go back in history, and what happened had other very interesting impacts on the social evolution process

I've only met one guy who had grayish-green with some brown eyes. I thought it was weird. About the hair, I asked a lot of the Hmong in China from different provinces if knew any blond/brunette Hmong. From what I collected, only Southern Yunnanese Hmong, SEA Hmong have blond/brunette hair people.
