Dang, the hyena was so tough and clumpsy at the same time. After the pleopard bite it once, the hyena could barely roll back on its feet. I saw a male lion has a hard time eating a dead hyena afte he killed it. The skin and bone must be so chewy and tough

no actully hyenas are slightly heavier than leopards(Most of the time) but leopards have way stronger necks, shoulders and everything else except for the bite which the hyena wins in.

it looked like the hyena just got a bit to close, that wasn't so much an attack but a quick reminder to stay out of the leopards personal space, the hyena stays around so its obviously not afraid of the leopard.

Thats not a large hyena! Hyena females are usually bigger and heavyer then leopards!

@mikesegaline Yeah, but keep in mind that male hyenas are smaller than female hyenas. So... in hyenas, the females are larger. But in cats, the males are larger. A female leopard would actually be smaller than a male spotted hyena: female leopards average around 100 pounds, male spotted hyenas average is 130 pounds. As for the larger genders of the two species, female spotted hyenas and male African Leopards, well, they are about the same, both with weight averages of 150 pounds.

@hititdj Umm..... Just fyi, female hyenas are bigger and stronger than male hyenas. Just making sure you know that. The matriarch (female leader) hyena is the highest ranking individual in the whole pack, too.
