"Club kids" were a handful of marginalized ppl who became quasi "stars" on the weekends at clubs. During the rest of the week, however, most of them worked dead end jobs and had few close friends.Had Alig not gone to jail, I doubt that anyone today would even know about club kids. The reality was much less interesting than the mythology.
