Yeah so after work, i got into my car and coughed once really hard. There was a tremendous "pop" then a pain rating on a 1 to 10 scale was a 15. ER doc, tried to give me cough syrup and an antibiotic. I told her the pain was in my shoulder, it was one cough. She did lung xrays, then wrote me off as a drug seeker and sent me on my way. On seeing my doc, he said the rib behind my shoulder was cracked, seldom shows on xrays, nothing to do, but suffer thru it, try to be careful and take pain meds.
lol dont worry you are not the only one who has broken a rib from coughing i broke 2 in 2 days from coughing and i already had 1 broken rib before that it was just starting to heal and holy crap it hurts so bad, and the day after i broke the 2 ribs and refractured the other one i had an asthma attack and ended up in hospital lol so that wasnt very great but the up side i had a week off school :)
Wait, so you got a cracked rib from COUGHING??? I didnt even know that was possible! And it SNAPPED from coughin and you also have a cracked rib on the other side which could snap also?
Oh, the person who asked about flatulence- apparently their some perv who asks all pregs n gets off on it disgustingly enough... Watch out for the pervs- there are heaps, preg fetish ppl n all that crap :/

Hey thanks for the heads up on the pervs...i have seen them out there and its pretty wrong ...bleh. But yeah I guess i am special and just figured out a way to mess up my rib from coughing. ha
As for my belly I dont know what to do about it. Haha its really growing pretty quick i would think i have twins but...i dont *whew* My mother was the same way I guess its just cause i have no body meaning no place for baby to go. We will see it will probably even out later. :)
Slim ppl always show early so thats probably why you are :) Its gorgeous, nothing to worry about, enjoy it while you can because preg FLIES and youll be holding ur lil bub b4 u know it!!!

godammit, I coughed and my rib did that bone pop thing litterally an hour ago. I thought my ribs were just bruised before too. This sucks.
