I think when people first see/meet Zhoumi, they find him a little uncomfortable because of his training as a MC in mainland; his posture diction, speech and pronunciation are all really, really proper and precise. Because of his training and being the new member, it's harder for him to relax himself. But in reality, he's such a sweet dork ^__^

Um in my opinion, I think he said that because the host just said that the other member's Chinese has become fluent, so he probably wanted to make sure he's not out shining the others because he could speak Mandarin fluently and he's not well known too, so maybe people might have thought he was Korean. Therefore, it seems reasonable that he clarifies that he is in fact Chinese. He is working with other fellow Korean members, so I don't think he's trying to offend anyone =)

Sorry Xexotsia(-the subber & uploader i really appreciate your work) but this is one of the worst show i've ever seen. The Korean translator stood so far from men who needed him & was not nimble enough, the MC were so ridiculous
