200m is too little. Thats good enough for a 18 - 19 luk bathrobe or a 13 att wg. You're not going anywhere with 200m you noob. Plus you would need at least 850m for a decent dexless dit. Do your math

He uses a fan o_o, which requires 35 STR.

at level 50, you can use the daimond dagger which is dexless, but needs 8 str, which isn`t hard to get.
