I don't mean to step out too much (yet, I always do), but it looks like dude ate two overdone crap-cuts from grain country and paid twice what they weren't worth.

For forty boogs dude could have had more poundage of a better cut (personal opinion, top sirlion or tips are tastier and juicer than insta-dry NY) and grass-fed.

Caveat? Dude would have to cook 'em at home, but could get them properly rare. Plus, beer at home.

Why go out for steak when they won't cook it right for you anymore?
