In regards to Harper's death,there was no mention of it beyond this scene or very little,if you don't count Duke & Harper making the occasional appearance as Jack's conscience.

For those of you who may be unaware,the reason for Kayla's hesitation in taking Jack's hand is because of their history.Jack had raped Kayla and was also married to her not to mention!

Great scenes. Steve started out with no one and ended up with a big family. When Jack and Kayla took each other's hands no words were spoken yet their faces told the story. Great acting. RIP Joy Garrett. Its nice to know that the 3 couples are still together even though two are off-screen.
