We have to hope for a peaceful transition for the North to become a viable state. If Kim Jung-un cannot solidify his control a power struggle and the risk of regime collapse that would make East West Germany reunification problems look like a field day by comparison. It would be very messy and very risky for everyone. It is best avoided. Long live the new great leader (at least until the country can develop an economy and transition to a military regime with the benefit of rule of law).
