I can only tell you when i was starting with mtb street/dirt riding, i've chosen to make my bike from various parts. It's better cuz you can take best fiting parts to you. So i can recommend you a frame named "Duncon Pussy Street". It's not too cheap, but very strong (i,ve got Pussy Dirt). Good luck.
