These 2 men don't even speak grammatically correct English, eg, "many concern', "get helps", "...selected for an interviews", "all interviewing process does have some.." Oh dear!
That chap from Jobdb becomes so guarded in his answers when asked about older job seekers. Why not come clean and say that the recruiting managers have not changed their mindset, still bent on hiring people younger than they?
