It is logic that women managers today are better than the male ones. Not because they are biologically oriented to be better managers, but because the glass ceiling wants women to be much more talented than the man counterpart to be a manager. so, in fact this research compared the average male manager with the elite managers of female population. It was not a fair research.

In my original comment I didn't imply that women are "better" or "superior" to men but rather pointed out some biological facts about the differences between the sexes. And those are in general, not in absolute terms as there are exceptions both ways. We men have some advantages of our own and have our place in history but women are rising to make their own.
