  • good work man , forget the haters , your doing great

  • His hamstrings have to be spent. Use the legs bro!

  • RDL to Power Clean... Nice little exercise Cross Fit invented there. Love the crappy dips also

  • holy back injury!

  • hes form may not be good but aint none of yall working out like he is

  • @compaq89ful I don't want to work out like that. I don't know about yall, but I want to work out with good form. I want to still be going strong when I'm 60, not laid up because I smashed L5 and L6. It's all about good form...at least it should be. He's pulling from the floor with a rounded lower back. Are you kidding me??

  • @thedude2979 im waiting

  • @compaq89ful Hahaha! Ok, well all I have is a bench video right now. I'm a powerlifter so I only do videos of PRs. Deadlift day for me is friday, so I'll do one next friday. What do you want to see, dynamic effort for reps or max effort 1 rep? Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic here, what do you want to see?

  • @thedude2979 max effort and just to be sure call me out in the video

  • @compaq89ful LOL. Ok man, you got it.

  • @thedude2979 I agree with you about the lack of form. But, if you are going to complain about this type of training at least get your anatomical landmarks right. Props goes to attempting a crazy workout.

  • @jordanz23341 Anatomical landmarks? What do you mean?

  • @jordanz23341 I meant to say L4 and L5 if that's what you're talking about.

  • There is an inverse relationship between the amount of clothing he is wearing and the quality of his form.

  • Because crossfit focuses nothing on form or real training. Just do as many reps as you can in a certain amount of time. They don't pay attention to a person's form failing after 20 or 30 reps of compound movements. Form means nothing, just do the reps. They teach people to do fake pull ups so they can do them for time. They have people lifting weight they have no business lifting. They don't teach form because they don't know it. It is a joke, a fucking fad. Nothing will ever beat real training.

  • @thedude2979 Very ignorant of you.

  • @Elite1987 Nope.

  • @thedude2979 then y dont u show a video of real form post it dont be scared and dont be like i dont have to prove myself

  • @compaq89ful Fair enough. Stay tuned.

  • SUPERB FORM SICKCUNT SUCH AN EXPLOSIVE CLEAN RIGHT DER BRAH YOUR GONNA FLY THROUGH THE ROOF IF YOU DROP THE WEIGHT

  • good job on these deadlift/upright row/reverse curl/front squats

  • There is no way this guys form should have failed. A workout plan prescribing 21 cleans in a set is fucking insanely stupid. These exercises aren't meant to be done for such reps. The max clean rep range you should be doing is 5-10. The point of cleans are explosiveness, and lumbering the bar up with half -assed, back bent as fuck form is not a demonstration of explosiveness.

  • 2:45 shut up haters

  • @wslifeguard incredible muscle endurance, but i think you should drop this kind of training a bit and get some strength-explosive-power training.. like a period with low reps very heavy weight of the program you re doing, less conditioning, more strength based, some anaerobic endurance exercises, some plyos, and put that great body to work in every aspect... my opinion tho!

  • This is a big workout especially when he goes up the ropes or whatever that is called but impressed of what he did looks like good results come out (school assignment)

  • I just saw another crossfit video and they both let their wrists just snap back like that. Your wrist is not supposed to do that repeatedly

  • Ouch, my back is hurting watching this. Jeez, people but get injured all of the time doing crossfit.

  • @hunterjohansson Basically, in all sports you get injured ;-)

  • did he get humongous quads just from doing this exercise?

  • this is why people say "crossfit has too many injuries" cuz people arent lifting correctly. hope you fixed ur form over the years.

  • @xthexTxvirusx So uh..your form is up to par then with this type of exercise?

  • @Christiantodd1 my form wont start and end poorly (it will start fine, and i'll be dragging ass trying to figure out why i cant keep good form). i'm a crossfitter too, buddy. but what i'm trying to say is that the form and technique was obviously not in this vid. why are you singling me out? how bout replying to everyone else who thinks his form is poor? "so uhhh".......(droooool. SNAP!!! SNAP!!!)......YES! =D my form is on par for the clean.

  • @xthexTxvirusx and what is the correct technique?

  • @skarpskyttar do your research. i would start with Mark Rippetoes Starting strength, Basic Barbell Training Ver.3. great book and eye-opener. some things you just gotta research for yourself to understand it.

  • @xthexTxvirusx It was just a friendly question to get your side on the case, FYI i've been doing this shit for 4 years so I do understand it, thank you very much.

  • @xthexTxvirusx

I would say this is not because there is anything wrong with crossfit just that its a performance sport like hockey , tennis, Olympic lifting where injuries are likely to occur not "training" where max effort is tested and assessed but not the desired result every session.

If you look at the top guys in crossfit yes they are fast but their form is also next to perfect.

  • @xthexTxvirusx I agree with you on this. i've been doing workouts like this (and training clients) for years except i take the the time to make sure the form is as correct as can be. It is possible to get a High Intensity workout with good form. (Arthur Jones). A little cheat may be ok, but not to the point you're putting yourself of a client's health at risk.

  • @xthexTxvirusx it's 135lbs...

  • The initial pull on those cleans needs your hips to be lower. They're almost like RDLs to clean. You're probably strong enough to deal with it, but you're expending a lot of energy when you can be recruiting more of your hamstrings.

  • its easy to complain about the technique.. but the main thing is when u get tired.. u try using less energy as possible.. and i bet his legs are fucked as well with all those cleans. i bet thats why he is standing more upright.. this is a natural thing to do when ur tired.. everyone has their own thing they do when they get tired.. every technique cant be perfect..

  • @m3g1 sometimes when i get tired from a WOD, i will drag ass just to keep strict form. other times, i will just lose form for the sake of time. nothing feels worse than being trashed after a poorly executed WOD for the sake of time.

  • aren't u suppose to raise it above your head??

  • @torontothegood That would be a clean and jerk.

  • @torontothegood thats a a push press or jerk you're thinking of.

  • god danggg i`m in love with your arms!!!

  • good job :)

  • those are upright rows lol, he needs to add a bit more weight to the bar even if he is doing this many reps lol, hes way too strong for 135 lbs

  • @TheDannyddd Those aren't upright rows you idiot they're cleans

  • i mean this in the most non-gay way possible lol but i wish i had that dudes body haha

  • Just make sure to sink your hips when you load up to start each clean rep and keep your head and shoulders up. Tough work man.

  • its funny how the sign up in the top right says "please do not drop weights" hahaha

  • Forgive my ignorance people. Shouldnt he squatting low instead of what appears to be a straight leg deadlift starting position? It also looks like his back is rounded as well when he picks up the bar.

  • @andy101971

Yeah, that's true. His form on the squat cleans is excellent, I've done Elizabeth twice and in that aspect this guy is really proficient. But he's gonna mess up his back if he keeps bending at the waist in almost a Romanian DL position to start his squat cleans. He should be in a traditional DL stance with his back upright. Oh well, everything else he does here looks very good.

  • such good technique on the cleans

  • Dam that is tough. Good work

  • hahahahaha, scroll down and you can read the funniest beginning to a post... sounds like retarded Hulk growing angry... "ur FUCK HEAD!!!!!"

  • @ junkmanix-- After reading your post about me, who's the dumbass, and tool? hahaha.. Wow, I bet your like some kind of super hero.. Can I have your autograph? haha. For future reference cyber tough guy; You might want to work on your self-esteem, and choose you battles wisely. :) I'm willing to bet your hard core workout is my warm-up. :)

  • Great job other than missing one clean. That's a gasser of a workout!!!
