Eat before and after you work out! I went crazy with working out not too long ago and I would eat like 4 scrambled eggs for breakfast only (mind you I'm a tiny girl 5'7" 115lbs), and then very high protein meals throughout the day and I gained SO much muscle. Then after a while you'll be able to eat like 20937502935 small meals a day without gaining weight! yay for fast metabolisms!

Hahaha, my 91-year-old grandfather who came over from Italy in the 50's says both "proscut" and "mozzarel". Depending on where you're from in Italy people are lazier with the language and frequently cut off the final syllables in longer words. We even discussed it in one of my university Italian classes. It's mostly a southern (Italy) thing though.

@ellievlogs haha my family is from calabria which is pretty much as south as you can get. and i mean they cut off syllables, but not in the way i'm referring to haha. there's a faint ending sound. my grandma says "ahmborg" for "hamburger" hahaha

You should eat before a work out then wait an hour. This allows your body to start digesting it and release the energy contained within the food. During a work out you should drink a spotlrts drink to replace the electrolytes lost from sweat. And you should only chew, chewing gum after food to aid digestion as without anything to digest, the stomach produces excess acid that strips the stomach lining. Oh and it should be sugar free.

....today in my Nutrition class, my teacher let us know that she would tell her clients with weight issues to take a shower when they got hungry. Not only would that waste lots of water, but why in the world would you substitute food for a shower. I was just thinking about it and it still makes no sense. She said, well you can't tell them to work out when they feel hungry because they might try and eat while working out....yeah. Running & eatin a burger. lol
