Brago's book burning....One of my favorite moments in any manga. It really shows all the growth he's gone through. All he ever wanted was to become king, but in those last moments he tells Sherry that none of that really matters, because she's been an amazing partner. Sherry's final cry of anguish gets me every time.

I'm so glad Gash had a legitimate win and not some farce in which he is the weaker party, but manages to win off of some technicality or deux es machina.

Like so many series we see out there. People don't give Gash the respect he deserves (probably because it's aimed at children).

I mean, where else can you find a manga where the seemingly most useless character (Kanchome) turns out to such a badass that he had to be eliminated in order for Gash to be able to win the tournament. Seriously, had he stayed untill clear was beaten, he could probably have won.
