I drive an ION myself, I have to say nice race (I'd take the ION over the Cobalt any day). The Redline is a great car for racing I love it. I've always loved Saturn's though it's a damn shame they quit making them :( They really will be missed.

Also, royboy, these cars are not that slow, they're actually quite a bit faster than a civic SI or any of the competition, they'll even take a V8 mustang. Even my relatively stock ion 2.2L will keep up with a V8 mustang and will take a civic SI, I have about 30 less HP, but about 40 more LB FT of torque, which is what wins races, HP only gives you top speed, in my car that's around 130 (I'm guessing, as I've never had a chance to get above 120)
the HP was from an SI, not a 'stang, but any non SC or heavily modded stang is fair game, especially because a lot of them will try to pull in the gear they're already in instead of downshifting
any, unless it's SC or highly modified, even the new stangs have unimpressive numbers, if dodge's charger full size car can beat one, my car sure as hell can, especially on the twisties
the charger is at least as fast, it was proven in the bullit edition of a car magazine after the charger just came out, and they're both always getting faster.
