Actually, although too paternalistic for me, NS valued solidarity, humanity, and even a sustainable environment and animal rights. However, democracy was seen as a false ideal, only to be exploited by the media-owning classes.

Consider that the German word "sozial" can be attributed to, e.g., a boss who cares about his workers. In this context, NS valued equity over equality; the latter being a false notion.
