@Day1May The most common causes for spotty and brown leaves are over watering and too much sunlight. Orchids only need partial sun and as the days get shorter they need less water. Only water every 7-12 days during the short winter months.
I use to grow a lot of orchids in Homestead FL. Richards Orchids was the place to visit. He had bubble gum and chocolate smelling orchids. It was wild.

My leaves are turning brown. One started turning a reddish yellow color then the others just started turning brown! what is going on
