I found another one - on Ghost of a Chance - Part II, when nova approches the nuke silo (just before capturing it), A "Portopotty Missle" takes off in the background and flies off screen to the left!!!
Unlocking this actually unlocks a small event on the Bridge of the Hyperion you can see it out the window aswell as the mission for the final artifact.
Feel bad for those marines gunna be a death match for that pp the last one standing can crap in peace
