he points up because in the volume in his mic, and/or headpiece needs fixing. at least that is the normal stage gesture

I think he's a good addition to the band. Both look and style....I'm kind of high right now, so I can't get over how much ass this band kicks.

yeah, absolutely! they are great together, he's like their little brother...and he seems to be a funny guy, i think they needed this kind of energy...and i think now the drummer became more important, i mean his role in the band is somehow accentuated...they are very impressive
