OMG! I saw one of these in Asda (UK equivalent of Wal-Mart), and it was slightly different than yours- the toggle at the top was volume, the reset button was on top, the start, etc. buttons were dual triangle/square buttons, the power button was a power button, and Start started(-_-) a game, as well as pause. The game was called "M-Day"- it was basically a POPStation-ised version of Space Invaders. Just thought you should know :)

What was really happening with all those PS2 is that a little gear inside would break, and thus the disc wouldn't be able to spin like it normally would. Thus, DISC READ ERROR!
