At the start of the show I thought Tommy should win, but Hip Parade had some great tunes and I wanted them to win by the end. Girl On The Radio is just brilliant.

I prefer the earlier live versions of this song to the recorded version too, this one seems too fast and the haunting vocal effects don't really work for me.

But still a great song by a talented musician, i hope he does well.

Why did they have to ruin this song? The live performances are magic and the rawness and passion comes through so clear but that seems to have been lost in the transition to a studio version which i'm very disappointed in. Hate the bit over the chorus, his voice doesn't sound great and overly not impressed.

Still an amazing song, but I can't stand the over producing. The whole draw to Tommy was the fact that on stage, it's just him and his guitar. No fancy backing tracks, no special tricks, just his raw talent.
