very informative. i have been using prochux for several months and have studied your videos. you are amazing with them. id love to see some tips regarding linking moves together with strikes and transitioning into other moves. i find myself having to slow down the shuck and change directions of the spin. i know this is incorrect but i cant seem to fix the problem. thanks for the help. bout time for a vlog.
