when you pressure cook rice, add some milk and cook , you will have a creamy curd rice . For seasoning you can add pomegranate, green grapes and pine apples to it ,grated carrots.
And when you take it for long journey u have to add just milk and put 2 , 3 tspoons of yoghurt When the rice comes to room temperature and dont temper for long journeys .
