This original back track beat was used in the original live LL Cool J's 18th birthday in NY and Kool Moe Dee with TLA Rock rocked it live... This beat sounded way better and trully freakin dope than the Eric B's version of "My Melody"... If anybody knows the real name of it let me know.. I was around during these days of hip hop. In fact, I knew these guys well and worked many shows with them during this era. I love reading the comments from the younger dudes about this particular style of music. I agree that this was a great time for hip hop. I don't take anything away from any of the new generation artists, but this was good time to go to shows in the Bronx and all over NY or anywhere any of these group were playing basically! Nice instrumental beat!
