Testors clear parts cement will make a window. Start from outside and go inward, repeat as necessary until windows sealed. It will dry clear. Hit it with futures and wahlah!!
no...that's like a trainer version.not one BlackBird ever came w/ a 1 pilot version-get that straight.I couldn't tell what was wrong with the wienshield.I thers paint on it?-sand it of with like 5 different types of sand paper. You can get vids on here to show you...no prob.If it's miising, you can order it.great job man! B+
@willsworthy no paint on window, just a glare. This was a total restoration project from a previous model kit builder that was getting out of the hobby. There were some major issues(A glue bomb!). This is not a single pilot aircraft you can see the dual pilot cockpits. Thank you for the comments. Take it easy.
without the risk of sounding thick, did you have to paint it or was it already painted.... defo want one but dont know if i have the paitence to paint it
@jcostello117 The only Blackbird to have a single seat was the A-12 which came out before the SR-71A. The different variants were A-12 (single seat), SR-71A, SR-71B, YF-12, an SR-71C which was an SR-71A made out of parts of a YF-12 and the forward fuselage an SR-71 mock up. The rear seat was for the Reconnaissance Systems Officer or RSO.

The testers clear parts cement will work as a window. Go around outside and bring it inward and will dry clear. Nice build!
