Black is the only reason I'm here. I read somewhere that this was it's 'spiritual Successor'. I though Black was awesome, and it was actually very nice-looking for a ps2 game. Much better than Area 51. Since this is Pre-Alpha, we won't know until ~2011.

For some reason the design of crosshairs in FPS is very much an issue when I choose my FPS. Dont know why, but maybe because there is so many games in the genre I end up choosing the coolest croshair since I will spend so much time starring at it.

of course there are awesome retro games, and some games that suck, but that doesn't necessarily mean that all current games suck, or that all retro games rule. just appreciate the game for what it is and how it is executed. there is no reason to think that some games are superior to another just based on the era they come from. despite what people think about the current generation of kids, how they think that graphics is everything, isnt necessarily true. without gameplay, there is no game
